  • Order Cut-off Time: 18:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday or during the weekend/bank holidays will be processed starting the following business day.

2. Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is:

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days from the moment of purchase.

Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or UK Bank Holidays, minor delays may occur.

3. Shipping Costs

We are delighted to provide Free Standard Shipping for every order delivered throughout the United Kingdom. The total amount displayed during your checkout is exactly what you pay; you will never encounter unexpected handling costs or hidden surcharges.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is dispatched and picked up by our delivery partners (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL), a shipping confirmation email will be sent directly to you. This email includes a personal tracking link, allowing you to follow your order's progress every step of the way in real-time.

5. Delivery Constraints

  • We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
  • We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Niceki cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@niceki.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.

7. Customs & Taxes

Because Niceki dispatches all orders domestically within the United Kingdom, your purchase is completely free from customs duties or import taxes. The price you see is the absolute final amount you pay.
